Training Refund Policy & Disclaimer
Please be advised that all training classes held at various locations are subject to change or cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time due to factors including, but not limited to, low class attendance, instructor availability, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Travel and Accommodation:
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants as soon as possible. However, we will NOT be responsible for any travel expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, rental cars, hotels, or other related costs. Participants are advised to make travel arrangements accordingly.
Refund & Transfer Policy:
- If a class is canceled or rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, you will receive a full refund of the class fee.
- Refunds or transfers requested more than 30 days prior to the class date may be approved.
- Refunds or transfers requested within 30 days of the class date will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued within 15 days of the scheduled class date.
- Transfers within 15 days of the class date may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed and may still be subject to applicable fees.
Additionally, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for serious emergencies, such as medical situations or unforeseen circumstances. Approval of these requests is at our sole discretion.
Please note that refunds apply to the class fee only. We do not cover any additional costs or expenses incurred.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies.
Liability Limitation:
Our liability is limited strictly to the class fee paid. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from class cancellations or rescheduling.

Meet Our Lead Instructor
Robert Maviglia is the lead instructor at Epoxy Classes, with more than 30 years of construction experience behind him. In 2007 he transitioned into decorative concrete, bringing his hands-on background into a field he's been passionate about ever since. He began teaching in 2016 when Polished Concrete University opened, and to date has trained over 3,700 students from around the world
His teaching philosophy comes down to one idea: make it easy to learn in a comfortable, hands-on environment. Having spent years in seminars, training sessions, and manufacturer demonstrations — succeeding and failing plenty along the way — he built the curriculum around what actually works in the field. That means you get real, accurate information grounded in decades of practice, not theory.
